The Brief
Working with the Springfield Care Group, we were tasked with constructing a new 4 story care home that features 79 individual units and a range of recreational areas for residents.
In addition to the care home, PA Contract Services has also taken on the challenging task of refurbishing four historic, grade 2 listed buildings into 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for private sale.

What We Did
The care home has been designed to provide a supportive and comfortable environment for residents, while the refurbished apartments offer a unique blend of modern amenities and historic charm.
The project has generated significant benefits for the local area, including new job opportunities, improved facilities, and a boost to the local economy.
