Working in collaboration with Dransfield Properties Ltd the goal was to transform and former automotive dealership into 4 individual retail units, located on Woodchurch Road in Birkenhead. The site has been transformed into a thriving new retail development featuring five independent units, including a Tesco Express.

 The new development is expected to bring a fresh wave of commerce and excitement to the area, providing much-needed retail options for the local community. The addition of a Tesco Express will provide convenient grocery shopping, while the independent gym offers a new fitness option for those looking to stay active.
