Acting as both Development Managers and Main Contractor, we took this project from concept through to completion. Our roll included securing Starbucks as a tenant and employing a team of consultants to prepare necessary information to allow us to apply for planning permission.
We were responsible for applying and obtaining planning permission for the scheme, whilst coordinating the design team and keeping a control of specifications to ensure spend was within a maximum budget.
