Working in collaboration with Dransfield Properties, we were tasked with a major redevelopment project in the heart of Stroud.
The project, with an overall build cost of £7,400,000 involves the transformation of an existing 5-story office building into a state-of-the-art multi-practice medical centre, including private practices and the National Health Service (NHS).

What We Did
The redevelopment works include extensive structural modifications, upgrades to external facades and roofing, and the formation of modern treatment rooms, consulting rooms, receptions, and break-out spaces.
The development also includes the construction of a Starbucks coffee shop and a library, ensuring that local residents, businesses, patients and staff have access to a range of amenities.
